Relax, Reset and Re-inspire the Mum in You Retreat – January 2016

At Friday 5pm, we were all set to welcome 10 beautiful mums on this luxury retreat. The pools and spas were warm, the open fire was lit and workshop rooms were ready to take these mums on a transformational weekend. And a transformational weekend it was…

Reasons mums attended this retreat:

Exhaustion – Creating structure, routine and consistency – Spending quality time whilst working full time – Tantrums and negotiation – Emotionally available and positive- Children eating and sleeping – Alternatives to yelling – Responding to “No” & “I don’t care” – Developing emotional intelligence in children  – Managing own emotions – Taking care of self – Taking time to rest.

We ate together delicious, organic soul warming food…

We danced through the workshops and challenged old ways to make room for new ways to parent…

We stretched through the yoga, with some belly laughs and relaxed into the meditations…
