We all hear it at times, we all become annoyed by it, distracted, even tense and upset, yet many of us don’t have a conscious strategy to alleviate it and the often damaging effect it can have on both us and the relationship with our children.

Mind Chatter.

That irritating, persistent, untimely chatter in your head, when you least need or want it.

It prevents you from being present and in the moment, it prevents you from reacting in the manner you desire and it is simply not useful.
